Welcome to don55 — Pakistan's premier online gaming platform covering Ludo Games, Online Casino, Card Games, Crash Games, Poker, Football Betting, and Betting Odds. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the player") and don55 ("the platform", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the don55 website or any of its services — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any game, or claiming any bonus — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all players using don55 from Pakistan or accessing the platform from any jurisdiction. don55 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

To use don55's real-money services, you must register an account. Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number and OTP verification. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it promptly if anything changes.

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one active don55 account. Duplicate accounts — whether using the same mobile number, device, payment method, or home address — are strictly prohibited.
• You must not allow any other person to access or operate your don55 account. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including bets placed, bonuses claimed, and funds withdrawn.
• don55 reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any time, including a copy of a valid CNIC or other government-issued ID. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account restriction.
• don55 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any balances held within it to any other person.

By registering, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, and that the funds you deposit are not derived from any illegal activity.

don55 is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make any deposit, or participate in any game or betting market on don55. This is a firm requirement with no exceptions.

By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. don55 conducts age verification at the point of registration using your provided mobile number and may request CNIC verification at any time to confirm your date of birth.

• If don55 has reasonable grounds to believe a player is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending verification.
• Any winnings accumulated by a player subsequently found to be under 18 will be voided and cannot be withdrawn.
• Any deposits made by a player under 18 will be refunded after investigation to the original payment source, minus any bonuses claimed.

All financial transactions on don55 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). don55 does not apply currency conversion charges. The supported deposit methods are Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

• The minimum deposit amount at don55 is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may change from time to time — current limits are displayed in your account.
• Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash typically credit within seconds. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to 30 minutes to reflect. Card deposits credit within 5 minutes in most cases.
• You may only deposit funds using payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. don55 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used.
• don55 does not accept deposits from business accounts, corporate cards, or prepaid gift cards.
• All deposits are subject to don55's anti-money laundering (AML) checks. don55 may request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit patterns.

Withdrawal requests from don55 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. don55 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions.

• Standard withdrawal processing time is approximately 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Withdrawals to bank accounts via IBFT may take up to 3 business hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made from real-money balances. Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real money.
• don55 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not yet completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may face withdrawal delays until the process is complete.
• don55 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals in cases where fraudulent activity, money laundering, or terms violations are suspected. In such cases, the relevant authorities may be notified.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect balance being shown or credited, don55 reserves the right to correct the balance and recover any funds withdrawn in error.

don55 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free tournament entries, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer as well as these general Terms.

• The standard don55 welcome bonus is a 100% match on a player's first real-money deposit. The bonus amount is added to the bonus balance and is subject to a wagering requirement before becoming withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated in the specific offer) must be wagered on qualifying games before withdrawal is permitted. Specific requirements are displayed with each offer.
• Bonuses are for personal entertainment only. Players found to be systematically low-risking bonus funds — for example by placing opposite bets in matched betting strategies — will have bonuses cancelled and may have accounts restricted.
• don55 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, and any winnings derived from it, if the bonus was obtained using false information, through an ineligible account, or in violation of these Terms.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, device, or IP address. Players who create multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses are in violation of these Terms.

All bets and game plays on don55 are final once confirmed. Don55 does not accept bet cancellation requests after confirmation unless a technical error on the platform's part has occurred and is verified. The following rules apply across all don55 game categories:

• Sportsbook and Betting Odds: Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant governing body. In the event of a postponed match, don55's postponement policy applies as described in the relevant section of the Betting Odds terms.
• Casino and Live Dealer Games: All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG technology or by real dealer action in live games. In the event of a disconnection mid-game, the round will be resolved according to the game's established rules once connectivity is restored.
• Crash Games: Crash game results are provably fair and verifiable by any player after each round using the seed and hash values displayed in the game interface. Cashout requests must be confirmed before the crash event occurs — no retroactive cashouts are accepted.
• Poker: All poker games operate under standard international rules as published in the don55 poker room. The platform's hand history system is the definitive record of all poker hands played.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, pricing, or game setup, don55 reserves the right to void any affected bets at its discretion and return stakes to player balances.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the don55 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action where appropriate:

• Creating more than one account per individual, household, or device.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any don55 game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain unfair advantage — any such winnings will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other multi-player game format.
• Chip dumping in poker — deliberately transferring chips between accounts through intentional losing play.
• Using don55 for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any part of the don55 platform or its security systems.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating as an agent for other players.

don55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, particularly in cases involving violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to complete required verification.

• Players who wish to close their own account may do so at any time by contacting support@don55.biz. Any real-money balance will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method after identity verification.
• Accounts suspended for terms violations or fraud will have all balances reviewed. Balances found to derive from legitimate play may be returned after investigation; balances associated with fraudulent activity will be forfeited.
• Players who self-exclude through the Responsible Gaming tools will have their accounts suspended for the self-exclusion period requested. Re-entry requests before the period expires will not be honoured.

don55 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We believe that gaming should always be entertainment — never a financial obligation or a source of distress. If gaming ever stops being fun, it is time to use the tools available to you.

• Deposit limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased instantly — increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Set alerts to remind you how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a break from gaming for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanently closing your account.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently restrict yourself from all don55 services for a minimum of 6 months. This cannot be reversed before the period expires.

• don55 uses SSL/TLS encryption across all data transmissions. Your payment information is processed by certified payment providers and never stored in raw form on don55 servers.
• don55 does not sell, rent, or commercially exploit your personal data to third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, don55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost gaming winnings, or data loss caused by technical failures.

• don55 is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension following terms violations.
• don55 is not responsible for connectivity issues, device failures, or internet outages on the player's side that result in disrupted game sessions or missed bets.
• In the event of a technical error that causes incorrect odds, prizes, or game results to be displayed, don55's liability is limited to returning the player's original stake.

don55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, don55 will notify players via the email address registered on their account or via an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the don55 platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
